Feeding unit:
◆ Lead edge system: Using Gently pressure on the leading edge paper-feeding mechanism, the domestic advanced
technology, its characteristic protection cardboard original strength, avoid collapse and thinning. Conducive to
the smooth line pressing board after input, the system is stable, paper accurate, fast and suitable for all kinds of
corrugated board.(Mechanical or Germany servo type option)
◆ Frequency conversion of suction can adjust the wind volume,and the wind pressure can be adjusted by the size of the
paperboard,increase the thin board and the bend board convey stability and accurately.
◆ Double conveyor roller structure:A set of paper feed roller adopt pneumatic type elastic paper plastic shaft,in order
not to destroy the strength of the corrugated paperboard.The cleaning brush sweep the debris on the surface of the
paperboard,and the high pressure fan sucked down the impurities on it,so that the printing quality can be improved.
◆ Left and right side baffle (computer touch screen control),the block box adopt electric adjustment,front baffle gap
manual synchronous adjustment , said baffle equipped with pneumatic line device,make the paperboard transverse
positioning more accurate.
◆ The 10.4-inch color touch screen control the paper feeding unit,printing unit,slotting unit and the die cutting unit.
One-time reset,store orders,memory location.The production speed can reach 60,80,100,120(pcs/min),cruise
control,infrared photoelectric counting,preset the order quantity.
◆ The main engine adopts frequency conversion control,start and operation smoothly,saving energy can reach 30%.
Printing unit:
◆ Leading edge paper feeding system: It adopts light pressure leading edge paper feeding mechanism and domestic
advanced technology. Its characteristics protect the original strength of paperboard, avoiding collapse and thinning.
It is conducive to the smooth input of the cardboard after the pressure line, the system is stable, the paper feeding is
accurate and fast, and it is suitable for all kinds of corrugated cardboard (machine or German servo type optional).
◆ Suction frequency adjustment air volume, wind pressure can be adjusted according to the size of the cardboard,
increasing the stability and accuracy of the thin cardboard and curved cardboard transmission.
◆ Double conveying roller structure: One set of paper feeding roller adopts pneumatic elastic paper feeding rubber
shaft, which does not damage the strength of corrugated cardboard. The cleaning brush removes the chip surface
debris, and the high pressure fan absorbs the surface impurities of the cardboard to improve the printing quality.
◆ Left and right bezels (computer touch screen control), the position of the rear baffle is electrically adjusted, the front
baffle gap is manually adjusted synchronously, and the side baffles are equipped with pneumatic alignment devices.
The horizontal positioning of the cardboard is more accurate.
◆ 10.4 inch color touch screen controls the paper feeding department, printing department, slotting part, die cutting

◆ Rubber roller cutting repair mechanism,rubber gasket can be used repeatedly,thereby,it can greatly save the cost.
◆ Differential compensation device,automatic adjust the revolutions of the rubber gasket roll,make the shape of the die
